Privacy Policy

Enquiries
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, I process your name, e-mail address, phone number, message and any optional project details. The data is used only to handle the enquiry and related communication. The enquiry is delivered to the Nature Aquarium mailbox and an automatic acknowledgement may be sent to the sender.
Bookings
For bookings I process your name, email, phone number, selected time, service type, maintenance address where relevant, and your note. I use these data to handle the request, provide the service, communicate with you and manage the calendar. The legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract and performance of a contract.
Booking data in the technical database are normally retained for 365 days after the booking date; this server-side limit can be changed. Records that must be kept for accounting or other legal obligations may be stored separately for the legally required period.
I use Google services for Calendar, video calls, travel-time calculation, address suggestions and optional transactional emails. Address suggestions are also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
Google Ads and cookies
On the public website I use Google Ads (Google tag AW-18462602005) to measure advertising effectiveness and, after consent, to personalise ads. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Before consent, advertising and analytics storage are set to denied; in this mode the Google tag may send limited cookieless technical signals to record consent status and support measurement modelling.
After you select “Allow”, Google may store or read advertising identifiers and cookies (for example _gcl_* cookies, depending on the current service configuration) and process data such as IP address, device and browser information, the visited URL, referrer and ad interactions for advertising measurement and personalisation. Non-essential storage or access to information on your device is based on your consent under the applicable ePrivacy rules; related personal-data processing is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Consent is remembered for no more than 12 months and a refusal for 6 months. This choice is kept in strictly functional browser local storage only so that the website can remember your decision. Refusing does not limit use of the website. The admin login uses only a strictly necessary session cookie.
